The drum head vibrates when the drummer strikes it with a stick or hand. The tighter the drum head, the higher the pitch.

i works in a weird way it has to bee used very ggod or it will break

A drum roller dryer works by rotating a drum that is heated from the inside. As wet materials are fed into the drum, the heat evaporates the moisture, and the rotating action helps to evenly distribute the heat, resulting in efficient drying of the materials.
Bang it hard. Works best with a stick or similar implement, I find.
I use bleach mixed with soap. but my dryer is different then most. I hope it works if you wanna use it.
Taking the bass drum head off and putting a pillow or several towels is the most common way. Putting a bag of cotton balls (without the bag) inside the drum also works.
