Assuming it is similar to my 1990:
A: Identify the trim surrounding the radio. It extends from the radio, above the steering column, and has buttons like hazards and rear defrost on it. This trim has a number of screws attached on its underside in little recessed screw holes.
B: Remove all the screws. Once you get all the screws to the left of the center console, there are two screws also in the little trim divider halfway down the center of the stereo.
C: You also need to open the ash tray and get the two screws from above it. You should now have all the screws removed.
D: Pull up, and outwards on the trim to remove. You will need to clear the steering column with an upwards motion. Careful not to pull too far, there are several wires attached to the back of the trim that you do not want to rip loose.
E: With the trim removed there are only four screws on the two sides of the stereo. Remove these screws and you should be able to pull the head unit assembly out of the dash. From here you will need to unplug the wiring harness and antenna cable and power cable.
Hopefully that is of some help. And hopefully you aren't the schmuck who unsucessfully tried to steal my stereo a few months ago. That would be ironic
It's a bit long to write up so I'll just post the URL from where I found the information.

Remove the 1993 Toyota decorative radio cover in. Remove the radio retaining screws. Pull the radio out. Remove the wiring harness.
the dashboard compartment pulls out of the dashboard there is no bolts holding this in. Then there are two bolts that hold the radio at the top. the rest is probably self explanitory as the other parts and bolts come out the same way.
Begin by removing the decorative cover from your 2001 Pontiac Bonneville radio. Remove the radio retaining screws. Slide the radio out and remove the wiring harness and the antenna cable.
If you take your car to Nissan car dealership and request for your radio code with the right identification, your wish will be granted.
As a previous techy for Nissan i have done this many times. Ensure you have a radio code beforehand though, once you unplug the set, you will need to input a new one when you put it back in. The following set of instructions is for the latest shape micra, the "bug". 1. Open both front doors 2. Remove the door seals 3. Remove the dash top by pulling upwards 4. Remove the bracket from under the dash top bolding the radio in (3x10mm bolts). make sure you don't drop these as they are quite awkward. You don't take the radio out as a single unit, you take the radio, trip computer and vents out as one unit. 5. Remove the plasstic caps inside the little compartment at the top, and remove the two screws. 6. Remove the two screws UNDEREATH the section of trim you are going to remove, just above the heater controls. 7. Pull the radio along with everything else out as one. 8. Remove all connectors ensuring you remember where they go. 9. Put everything you have removed on a carpeted table to stop scratches, and gently remove the vents by pressing the clips back that hold them in place. 10. You can now access 4 screws that hold the radio into the frame, remove them as well as loosening as many screws as you can see that hold the together, i remember i used to loosen a certain 4. 11. With the frame loosened it is now possibe to remove the radio from the frame, otherwise its too tight. Hope that helps,.
