When you look at the radio to the right there are 2 small black rubber looking dots. Take a pin and use the tip to press in and you will then be able to adjust the clock. If you don't look at the clock closely you really don't notice them.

I own a 2000 BMW 323i and the clock is also located in between the speedometer and the rpm gauge. You need to hit the button in the end of the turn signal handle several times to get it to the time, then you need to turn the knob in the middle of the gauges to change the time.

A factory repair manual should tell you this information. If the factory wires are NOT cut, use a wiring harness adaptor and it is a breeze. Since this post can be edited by anyone, I will not go into how to manually wire a radio. Dr. DB
