What you would do is wake up every morning at 6:30 and go jogging only for 30 minutes because you need to do cardio in order to lose weight. Then, you come home and do 2 sets of 20 Squats. Do 20 Forward Lunges for each leg. After, workout your abs. You may wonder how? Well, start by doing 20 crunches non-stop then do regular sit-ups about 20 of them and after you'er done make sure you stretch and relax. Ok, so we got rid of the hard part first. Now do 10 push-ups. Lay on your stomach and pretend you're reaching for someone's legs that's in front of you: That's a good cool-down. Do the jogging for at least 1 month and workout at least 2-3 times a week. If you eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, and 5-6 meals a day which are non-fattening you will see great results. I hope I helped :]
