I've had a Gagliano-hopf guitar for 46 years. Played it a lot until about 15 years ago when I bought a 12 string. Nice wide neck that comes in handy if you have fat fingers like me. Actually I am trying to get rid of both to buy a semi hollow body.

Who made this gagliano classical guitar in 1963 August 30?

I once owned a Gagliano classical guitar (the name was done with brass inlay on the headstock) in the early 90's which was obviously vintage and I managed to do some research on it and came up with some information about this instrument. For one thing these guitars appear to be very rare because I have only seen one in real life and when you mention them most people have never heard of them before. My guitar was made in Italy and from what I gather the Gagliano family went back many generations each generation handed this art down to the next. The particular guitar I owned was marketed by C.Meisel and Company who also I believe manufactured and marketed violins and various other instruments. I know C.Meisel and Company prided themselves in providing fine quality instruments and that is why they chose to add Gagliano guitars to their family of instruments. I loved that guitar and the neck seemed to have the most "earthly" feel and I hope I can find another on some day.

What is the difference between an electric guitar and a air guitar?

The difference between an electric guitar and an air guitar is a electric guitar is an actual guitar and an air guitar is imaginary. An air guitar is when people pretend to play a guitar with hand movements. An electric guitar converts vibrations of its steelcorded strings into electric current. These currents then go to a amplifier to make them louder.
