Ok. So where is this "hole" exactly?

Is it at the headstock?

At the joint where there the body meets the neck?

Then yes it does have one.

Pretty much all Guitars have truss rods now adays anyways.

But some really old guitars don't have them.

What is the value of a 1927 0-18 martinguitar?

One cannot give the value without a thorough evaluation of the guitar. I have a friend who has a Martin guitar from the period 1850-1870 (estimated at the Martin factory). Martin did not estimate its value, but an independent estimate put the value in the $5-7K range. To the right collector, this guitar might be worth much more.
