I locked my keys in a 2004 dodge neon how do i unlock it from the out side without the keys?

I suggest a lock smith. It cost less than beaking a window because it cost alot to fix it. Look easiest thing especially if you have power locks otherwise id suggest a slim Jim/jimmy and pop the lock actuater, but get something to pry the top corner of the door, get a hanger and tie a string on the end get the hanger in the door, hook it under the door unlock switch, pull up on the string and with any luck and.
