The old Nickelodeon show 'Hey Dude' had this line in their theme song. Get along little doggies is actually the title of the song. Although a few varieties of it do exist, the song itself is widely known as traditional cowboy Folk Music. Popular versions of it can be found performed by Chris LeDoux as well as Sons of the Pioneers. Micheal Martin Murphey has a variation combining this song as well as another popular folk song "I Ride An Ol Paint".
