Bundy is generally considered a good entry-level Flute brand, particularly for beginners and students. Known for its durability and affordability, Bundy flutes are often recommended by music educators. While they may not have the same tonal quality or craftsmanship as higher-end brands, they serve well for those just starting to learn the instrument. Overall, they offer a reliable option for new flutists.
Cheap flutes are not good flutes, but Bundy makes a pretty usable flute at a lower price.
Yahama is.
NO! Im a band teacher and have been in contact with all of the great, good, and okay brands you can name. But STENBERG is not a good brand. Especially for flute! I highly recommend you look for a better brand! Good luck and have fun! c:
Well you see, everyone wants a newer flute that plays better not an older, used vintage flute. That's why newer flutes are so expensive! Yours is most likely from the 70's. Since Selmer is a very common and not-so expensive flute brand of flute your best price range is worth around $40-$60. **I also have a Selmer vintage flute and its serial # is 258130 I got it for $70 at a local music store.
I have an Anaxa flute, it has worked very well for me as a beginner. Even though it isn't a well known brand, it is a beautiful instrument!

They are but they arent the best. If you want the best flute there is the Jupiter DiMedici 1011.its extremely good
Not very much. Bundy is a student line of instruments, so the prices are already on the low end for new ones.
They are made in China and are cheap. They are not good quality instruments. I wouldn't waste my money on them if I were you.
Probably $20 on ebay. Or you could just make a lamp out of it.
Usually not but it depends what you're going to do with it and what kind you're getting. If you go to a music store that sells and rents out the instrument, they'll let you try them out and see what works best for you. Some brands are harder to play than others for some people.
