Of course. That's its purpose. Any source that tries to make its own side of the story heard is,
by definition, biased in favor of its own side of the story, and that's not a bad thing. RFE is the
voice of people and organizations who happen to believe that personal liberty in a free society
is the way to go. Its purpose is to present that side of the story to populations that don't live
that way.
Does RFE have the right to broadcast its point of view into un-free countries ? Do the people
who live in un-free countries have the right to listen to RFE's broadcasts ? People who believe
that personal liberty in a free society is the way to go would answer "yes" and "yes".
Do you have the right to disagree ? People who believe that personal liberty in a free society
is the way to go would answer "yes, you have the right to disagree, freely and openly, and
to express your side of the story to anyone willing to listen". The people who live in un-free
countries are forbidden to disagree with some things, at least openly.
Sure, it's all biased. That's what makes the world go around.
