No. Neither the band members or the music are satanic. Andy Six comes from a Catholic family and he often wears crosses in respect to his family and their beliefs, but he is Atheist. The rest of the band are also Atheist, but they are not satanic.
Andy belongs to a catholic family, he even told this on Google hangouts
No. It is singing about Catholics however as Andy Biersack went to a Catholic school and often the Catholic children would bully Andy because of the way he dressed and the music he listened to and called him emo and ridiculed him etc. The song Sweet Blasphemy was written about the specific Catholics who treated Andy in this way but it's not written about Catholicism as a whole and it isn't satanic in any way.
The band havent said too much about religion, exceot that they dont include it in their music in any way. You may think of the song New Relgion, but the meaning of that song is, I believe, said to be about rock/metal music becoming the biggest genre again as it once was.
Hope this helps
No, they are not Satanic. They are not Christian or Catholic either. Black Veil Brides is not a religious band.
No, none of them are satanic nor are they catholic. They are all atheist.
No, they are not Satanists. Most of the members are either Atheist or Catholic. None of them are Satanists.
Hell to the No! they're just a rock 'n' roll band.
No, they are not "evil". They just dress ,preferably, in black. Their music rarely involves screaming or any signs of them being 'evil' and or supporting satin, for any future question.
No, all of the members of black veil brides are atheists. They don't sing about any religion, they sing about believing in yourself.
Sweet Blasphemy is about standing up for yourself, believing in yourself and having the courage to be who you are. The point that the band is trying to make in Sweet Blasphemy is that so many kids are drawn to the 'popular' crowd (mainly in schools), and fall from their beliefs and rituals to be 'popular' and loved. They are trying to get you to be yourself, and to be yourself in the 'popular' way of life or the 'in crowd' is considered blasphemy, hence the name.
Pan was kicked from the band because he wanted more money then everyone else and began spreading rumors about Andy. After he was kicked he stole three songs that him and Andy worked on together for the album We Stitch These Wounds. When David joined another band their album was released before Black Veil Brides's We Stitch These Wounds. Pan's new album was released with the three songs he stole from Black Veil Brides, which automatically gave him all rights to the lyrics and titles, there-for causing Black Veil Brides to rename these three songs and make changes to the instrumentals and lyrics. Funeral In Flames became Beautiful Remains, with a few lyrical changes. Alive And Burning became All Your Hate and Kings Without Crowns became Sweet Blasphemy.

Her music is not my preferred style, but I find nothing horrible about her.
Black Veil Brides was founded during 2006 using the name Brides with members Andrew Biersack (lead vocals), Johnny Herold (guitar), and Phil Cenedella (bass) in Delhi, Ohio. They were soon contacted via MySpace by Nate Shipp (guitar) and Chris Riesenberg (drums). They started gaining recognition for the song "Knives and Pens". The music video has gained over 26,000,000 views over YouTube.[1]In late November 2009, David "Pan" Burton left the group due to differences in direction and clashes between members. Shortly after his departure he began the project House of Glass with previous Black Veil Brides guitarist, Chris "Hollywood" Bluser. Demos were posted on Myspace, with lyrics written by Biersack. Black Veil Brides responded, saying that the demos were from their upcoming debut album and that Pan had recorded his vocals over them. Pan claimed he'd written the songs before joining the band and that these demos were the way the songs were originally intended to be. Due to these demos being released before We Stitch These Wounds, the band changed the titles of the songs "Funeral in Flames" to "Beautiful Remains" and "Alive and Burning" to "All Your Hate". However, "Sweet Blasphemy" remained the same.In September 2009, using the current name, Black Veil Brides signed with the independent label StandBy Records.[2] The writing process for a tour and a record began immediately. In December 2009, the band embarked on their first US tour entitled "On Leather Wings".The group's debut album We Stitch These Wounds was released July 13, 2010 and sold over 10,000 copies in its first week, ranking at #36 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, and #1 on the Billboard Independent chart.[3][4] In late 2010, Black Veil Brides went on tour with bands The Birthday Massacre, Dommin and Aural Vampire.[5]Black Veil Brides first came to the attention of Lava Records president Jason Flom when the chief music officer at Hot Topic, John Kirkpatrick, told him about the incredible buzz that building around the band, with their t-shirt attracting the second biggest sales in the country at that point.[6] What was even more impressive was that they had built their fanatical following in a "DIY" fashion, such as in making their own self-funded videos.[6] When Flom then heard their music and met the group, he decided that they were exactly what he'd been looking for, later commenting to HitQuarters:"They are bringing back what has been missing for over a decade: they are rock heroes that are truly larger than life. The make-up, the hair, the leather, and most importantly they have great songs, great playing …"[6]Flom then made a deal with Neil Sheehan, founder of StandBy Records, to sign the band over to Lava.

Nope. For starters, Andy Biersack is most definately atheist. I'm unsure of the other members but I'm sure if they were religios, they wouldn't have allowed songs like Sweet Blasphemy to be released.

"Sweet blasphemy" typically refers to a contradiction or juxtaposition of sweetness and sacrilege. It can be used to describe something that is both delightful and irreverent, such as a taboo subject approached in a charming or endearing way.

well, I've heard that if you play the record of stairway to heaven, there's a part that says "Here's to you, my sweet Satan". That's probably the closest thing to anything satanic.
