Naturally, Taylor Swift. Without makeup, she is more beautiful then Miley, looks healthier as well. And I think she is gorgeous.
Both, sometimes, Taylor's makeup sucks and ruins her natural beauty and eyes.
On the other hand, Miley puts so much makeup on and she knows how to show herself beautiful with that makeup.
Miley is pretty but I'd say Taylor.
