He apparently is French, German, Dutch (you know mixed White mutt) and Native American (specifically Ottawa and Potawatomi). You probably think he looks Asian, since a lot of people stereotype Asians to being the only people who have "slanted eyes". Some native Americans, just like some Asians, have those eyes as well.

However, if you want to go out on a stretch...the Native Americans did come from Asia across the Bering Straight.
