Squiers are cheaper versions of Fenders, so no. Even for Squiers, the best are the basic P-bass and J-bass. Yes, they have some cheaper parts - the one I have is a good guitar. If you get one upgrade the pups & wiring, and tuners. The neck is great. The guitar would probably still be around today if the Squier name were removed from the headstock.
Just buy the Fender instead of the Squier. From the description, you're probably looking at a Fender '72 Telecaster Deluxe, with two "wide range" humbuckers and four control knobs. You can modify a Squier, but the cost of the modifications and the parts will probably exceed the cost of the guitar. And there is never any guarantee that the resulting sound will be good until you've already paid for and completed the modification. Also, a Squier depreciates in value pretty much the second you take it out of the store. A Fender, even a Mexican one, will hold its value better. When in doubt, just buy the guitar that already has the sound and feel you want.
i currently own a Squier Standard Stratocaster, a Squier Affinity Strat, a Squier Jagmaster and an Epiphone Lucille. I have owned a Fender Standard Stratocaster in the past as well as a 90's Squier Stratocaster.all of that said, Squier's are very good guitars with bad reputations. having played and recorded for years now, i would say the Jagmaster is going to have a slightly higher build quality, and to me anyway, is just a bit more versatile. Jagmasters sound similar to an SG and have a short scale neck which i find very comfortable. very good clean and excellent distorted. and i love the stock pickups.the one thing a Jagmaster and no other guitar can sound like other than a Strat, is a Strat, and with the humbucker in the bridge position you can get Gibson-esque tones from it.i don't think you can go wrong with either, but a Jagmaster will handle metal and heavier stuff better and can still do surf and country, with more tonal choices. the Fat Strat will sound like a Strat, like Stevie or Jimi or The Band. neither is better to me just different. the Jagmaster is also more comfortable to me to play for longer periods of time than any guitar i own.Play a bunch and see what you like best. and as far as quality instruments go these are both very inexpensive, save up and buy both.
For acoustics, Luna specifically makes guitars to fit women better, but makes designs to fit both genders tastes. They have slimmer neck and smaller bodys but don't lose any sound quality because of it. For electrics, Fender or Squier makes very comfortable necks.
if it is in good condition it could be worth a whole lot of money
Don't know

That would depend on your appeal to comfort, aesthetics and sound... and maybe price. There are good Yamaha guitars, such as the Pacifica, which is a nice Fender Strat style. The Squier is the 22 fret strat Fender (I have a 22 fret Ibanez GIO) which is just as good as any guitar in my opinion, but a standard 24 fret is better for the high-pitching lead shredder (though only by one note).
1.Fender "costly but worth it, they work really well sound amazing will never stop working, vintage feel from the first touch" 2.squier "cheap in cost but sound great and feel well and last long, very close to a fender and vintage" 3.Jackson "owned by fender just like squier, amazing look, priced like fender, big selection of guitars to buy,and great feel' 4.Epiphone "good cost for budget, sound pretty good, and very long" 5.Gibson "basically a an epiphone" 6.Ibanez "well its just like any other guitars but great looks and good feels 7.Ovation "great feel, and pretty good feel 8.ESP good look, and good sound 9.B.C. Rich amazing look, good feel, and light in weight 10.Yamaha good price, and nice feel
The actual graphical design of a guitar does not raise or lower the price of it unless it is a signature design or looks dreadful. Fender Squier make a Hello Kitty design, but you would be paying for the Squier, not for Hello Kitty. I have seen the Hello Kitty Fender go for around AU$300 brand new. If you want to go have a guitar made with any design, it can cost anything from $30 to $200 depending on the complexity and finish... and whether you do it yourself or get a pro to do it.
This Squier Bass was made in Korea 1989. In the Samick factory. Samick has been a manufacturer since the early 1950's starting with making pianos. Samick produces many variety of guitars for several big named companies and host their own line of Greg Bennett/Samick guitars. The quality is as good as any US factory. The value of this bass, based on a recent listing on Ebay (5/13) is $350.00.
personally, I hate any fender bass, but I would say the P-Bass
Yes, Venus Flytraps are good at catching and eating insects.

venus does
Venus does not have the correct requirements that we need in order to live on it. Venus has no Oxygen so survival would be minimal and without any trees/crops we'd also die of starvation.

there is no core on Venus causing there to be no earthquakes on Venus
