The site itself isn't illegal as it is a search engine that links to music files hosted on other networks. BeeMP3 does not host or supply any files itself. Unless you are paying for your music from a site authorised and licensed to distribute the music (such as Amazon, iTunes etc) downloading commercial copyrighted material from any site is illegal.
Yes it is! as long as you don't use any of the content for commercial use. As long as its personal uses, its fine.
Downloading music for personal use should not be illegal, but it usually depends where you downloaded from or what site

The BeeMP3 site is a search engine that finds music files on the Internet. It does not supply any music files itself and so considers itself to be legal. However with the closure of LimeWire it is likely that sites such as BeeMP3 will also find themselves served with injunctions to prevent them assisting in the illegal downloading of music files. In the disclaimer it says you are only allowed to download to listen to it, afterwards you are supposed to delete the file. If you do not delete the file you are breaking copyright laws but by then the file has already been illegally distributed without authorisation or license.
beemp3.com
It depends. If your get a virus it will be from the site Beemp3 found it on. Beemp3 is just an mp3 search engine. Whenever I download from there, I check out the site it was found on first, and then decide whether or not it looks risky. I've been kind of afraid of downloading newer music, because I think sites with viruses are targeting newer music lovers, as they're the ones who use the internet more. But when I wanna listen to the Doors or the Jefferson Airplane I feel a little more safe downloading the music. Just check out the site the mp3 is from, and decide for yourself. You could also enter the URL of the site into AVG's website scanner, but the only way something can show up is if someone else has already reported it. It's risky, but if your smart about it, and you have AVG or Trend Micro Titanium, you should be fine.
Not if it is purchased or if it is provided by a licensed site. Programs like iTunes allow you to pay for downloading your music... that is legal.
The BeeMP3.com site is a search engine that finds music files on the Internet they do not provide any music. Most of the music found by BeeMP3 will be being supplied illegally.
Mp3skull.com :)
WalkBlue is "legal"and is extremely effiecent if you know what you're looking for. Simple and easy, WalkBlue is my favorite (also contains english, spanish, and other languages) site for downloading J-pop.
