No, not that I have heard, but German people do not all look the same.

My father was German and always reminded me that the Germans mixed with the Romans and even intermingled with the Huns (who came from the east). Some recent studies also suggest that Germans have Celtic blood as well as Nordic, even 10% of some Germans have Jewish ethnicity. I have old photos from relatives from Germany and the majority look very Northern Germanic; however, one relative, I think my grandmother's sister, had the same "Asiatic eyes." I remember my father commenting on her eyes and that she looked Asian. Her eyes may have been blue in colour (I cannot really tell from the photo) but they have that Asian shape and inner eyefold; however, I do not think that this inner eyefold is a trait only of Asian people. I do not know if this relates in any way here, but I recall hearing about how some Dutch intermingled as well with Indonesians -- since they colonised Indonesia. I will have to research this more to have more precise information. Also, some Germanic and Scandinavian peoples sometimes have a bit of the pronounced inner eyelid that makes them have the appearance of "Asiatic" eyes. Whether this is from genetics or from some adapted trait to the weather, etc. is still debated today.
