Satanic, by Anton LaVey's definition, is the opposite of spiritual and deity religions; therefore, if Gwar's lyrics are expressing opposition of those things (or mainstream things); then yes.
Yes, his lyrics are satanic.
Gorgoroth. Only through guitarist and founder Infernus though. Marilyn Manson is not a Satanist, and is simply a shock rocker. Former Gorgoroth members Gaahl and King ov Hell similarly worked for shock value.
No, the Death Bat is not satanic. It is often mistaken as satanic by people, mostly Christians, but it is not.
No Dethklok is not Satanic.

Usually only ones in blackmetal bands, like that guy Gaahl from Gorgoroth. Black Sabbath's members are thought to be satanic as well but there a huge amount of actual 'real' rockstars that are. They make the best music to!
Gorgoroth was created in 1992.
Satyricon lyrics are not that dark compared to lyrics of bands like gorgoroth. Plus the band categorizes itself as black metal which is by definition satanic. The vocalist satyr also wears an inverted cross on his neck symbolizing satanism. But not many of they're songs can be offensive.
Watch for new Gorgoroth, Immortal, Wolves In The Throne Room, and Gorgoroth
