Yes because Starfire is supposed to be Tatiana Thunbtzen (The girl he dated 1988-1991) and they flirted a lot. They end up kissing in the Teen Titans Trouble in Tokyo movie. There was also a movie called Teen Titans Mayhem in Manhattan and Robin and Starfire kissed a couple of times and even fell asleep in the same bed! Starfire kisses Robin in the bed and then it blacks out. Later in the movie, Beast Boy teases Robin saying that Robin will marry Starfire. Robin blushes and he says that he slept good that night where him and Star slept together. MJ and Tatiana did the same thing while in New York. I hoped this helped all ya's.
