I believe it depends on the type of person you are. The guitar can be therapeutic to some extent but, as with everything, irritating for beginners. if you are looking to be a guitarist it is recommended you get a cheaper, but playable, guitar to start out with to see if you have an interest and if so you can start putting more money into lessons, and equipment, but if your looking for a hobby, i wouldn't recommend the guitar or any instrument for that matter. playing music takes dedication and will power, in other words, it can be your best friend or your worst enemy.
it all depends on your guitar background. if you've never played a day in your life then it will be as difficult as learning anything new, but if you've played Electric Guitar it may not be so hard. some differences between electric and acoustic is that acoustic Guitars have bigger frets, which causes you to stretch your fingers longer and possibly creating more of a challenge. if using steel strings on an acoustic, they are also thicker than electric steel strings and will call callouses. if you choose nylon strings though, callouses can be avoided but the sound is also not as rich.
Generally I think learning to play the guitar is much easier and more fun than learning the piano.
I personally played piano ages ago, took a few lessons, quit because I wasn't enjoying it and found it difficult. I now play the guitar and love it.
But it's a personal thing. You may hate guitars (weirdo) and love pianos!
Yes
Yes.
yes but it is hard
yes and this generally a sign that you are playing your guitar to hard or you need new strings
The volume of the guitar determines on how hard the string is strummed, how much room it has to echo, and the environment the guitar is being played in. The loudest sound from a guitar will come when the string is strummed hard, allowed to ring freely with no other contact, and is played in a large, open room.

Yes.
with hard work and commitment, anything is possible.
hard
Cause it's hard to play the electric guitar without it, though classical guitar players use their fingers.
