I'm not totally sure about it but i guess jumbo frets is seen mostly on electric Guitars and its a bit bigger than usual frets.

No. Frets on Fire is a computer game that mimics Guitar Hero's play style. The difference between Frets on Fire and Guitar Hero is that you can use your own music.
