I assume you don't have a code to get the radio working. If this is the case, I know of two avenues you can take. First, you can take your car to a GM dealership and they can find the code, at least so I'm told. I'm also told that they put it to you for that service. I've heard $50 quoted.
The other answer is good old Ebay. There are guys there who will sell you the instructions on how to find the code. The last time I looked, I think they were getting about $10 for it. That would be the route I would take. If your radio is old and has only a cassette player, you can consider buying a used radio already unlocked on Ebay. I did this in my '96 because the radio was beat up and the display had quit working. I think I paid about $45 for a newer cassette deck radio. CD models are there for sale too.
Good luck!

Each radio has it's own code, and no 2 are the same. You will have to cantact your Saturn dealer.
If you dont have your code you can pull out the radio get the numbers on the side or top then call the service dept. at an new car dealer.
I had to go to a dealership to get the radio unlocked, also the cause; ( radio locked) was Battery Failure. After I puchased a new battery I found the radio use to be locked.
Check the manuals that came with the vehicle. There should be a card that has the code on it, or go to the dealership.
To hard wire a Sirius Satellite Radio into a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville, first, locate the vehicle's ignition and accessory power wires, typically found in the dashboard area. Use a wiring harness adapter to connect the radio's power and ground wires to the vehicle's wiring, ensuring to match the colors correctly. Connect the antenna securely to the satellite radio and mount it on the vehicle's roof for optimal reception. Finally, test the radio to ensure it's functioning properly before reassembling the dashboard.
I guess take radio out and buy a better and cheaper radio
