One the face of the radio on both the left and right there should be two small flaps that fli[ open. After open use a hex tool to loosen. You may need a special tool if the hex fails. Next pull the radio out and disconnect the wire. Before doing any work on the radio though disconnect the battery.

I just bought a 2002 BMW 325i and had the exact same problem. I took the car to BMW and they said that whoever had the car before had it apart and did not reset the sensors. They reset the sensors and it worked fine for a couple of days. I put in a cheap one at Best Buy. BMW told me that if it was a blown fuse the radio will not turn on. A BMW replacement Business CD Player will cost you upwards of a thousand dollars.
