Yes, but Metallica starting being his front band in 1986.

I would say NO, but at least on March 28th 1984 at the Cow Palace in San Francisco the opening act was Slade, which happened to be kicked out by the audience, most of the people screaming "Ozzy, Ozzy" and then someone threw a roll of toilet paper to the violin player hitting his head. As far as I remember.

The band opening for Ozzy during the Bark at the Moon tour was Motley Crue who had released Shout at the Devil in 83. I remember this very well because that was my very first show at Madison Square Garden.

This is what I am able to make out: You got nerve to tell me, tell me, tell me Rattle those pots and pans You got nerve to tell me, tell me, tell me Rattle those pots and pans Get in the kitchen yourself and do the best with your own two hands Do you Bark (bark) Battle Bark, battle and ball Do you Bark (woof) Battle Bark, battle and ball You better stop your goofin' or you won't have a home at all When You come home at night Your a horrible sight I don't know if your drunk or dead When You come home at night Your a horrible sight I don't know if your drunk or dead You should behave yourself But you argue with me instead Do you Bark (bark) Battle Bark, battle and ball Do you Bark (woof) Battle Bark, battle and ball You better stop your goofin' or you won't have a home at all You done take all my money And that aint funny Cuz you give it to someone else You done take all my money And that aint funny Cuz you give it to someone else You better get a receipt or that lipstick face will tell Do you Bark (bark) Battle Bark, battle and ball Do you Bark (woof) Battle Bark, battle and ball You better stop your goofin' or you won't have a home at all You better stop your goofin' or you won't have a home at all You better stop your goofin' or you won't have a home at all Bark Battle and Ball (woof) ***This appears to be one of the first "answer" type songs. Bill Haley's "Shake, Rattle and Roll" has the lyrics "get in the kitchen and rattle them pots and pans", or, get to cookin' somethin'! ***
