Yes, for sure! Though time has immortalized them as the greatest musicians of all time, when they first began playing, they were not nearly as popular. Their first album was often considered a throwaway album, just another group of racous post-adolescents. Rolling Stone magazine thought so also, and said the same about their first album. But ultimately, Led Zeppelin's music has stood the test of time, and anyone who hears it would be crazy to give it a bad review.
