Three famous pieces for the Clarinet include the Concerto by Mozart. Another would be the two sonatas by Johannes Brahms (a late romantic composer), I like them both so much I would count them together. The third piece I would count as a favorite is the Sonata by Paul Hindemith (a 20th century composer).
Five pieces of music written for the clarinet include Time Pieces for Clarinet and Piano by Robert Muczynski, Clarinet Concerto in A by Mozart, 3 Clarinet Concerta but Cruseel, 3 Pieces for Clarinet Solo by Igor Stravinsky and Clarinet Concerto No., 1 by Carl Maria von Weber,.

There are many well known compositions, but undoubtedly the most famous is the Mozart Clarinet Concerto. Some other well known works include the Weber Concertos, Premiere Rhapsody by Debussy, and Stravinsky's Three Pieces for Clarinet. I also really enjoy the Krommer double clarinet concertos.
In my opinion it's a tie between Dixieland and clarinet marmalade
Some solo pieces for bass clarinet include: "Concerto for Bass Clarinet and Chamber Orchestra" by Ann Callaway, "The Seas of Kirk Swarf" by Peter Maxwell Davis, "Dreams and Prayers of Isaac the Blind" by Osvaldo Golijov.
