What can I do when I broke up with my girlfriend because I was jealous of a male friend?

- You have to control your jealousy by having good communication skills with your girlfriend. Just because you are jealous of your male friend (perhaps hitting on your girlfriend) does not mean she will accept him and and doesn't love you. Unless you get your jealousy under control and learn to control your temper as well you will lose out on many happy experiences in life. Telephone (do not text your girlfriend) and ask if you can both sit down and talk things out. There are also Anger Management Programs you can take to control your jealousy and anger and you can either look it up on the internet or phone your mental health and they will put you in the right direction. When jealousy rears it's ugly head it is the victim (you) that pays the high price.
