And the guys at the parts place would look at each other and tell you they have no idea how to do that since its not a Check Engine Light. He could simply open his owners manual and read about it. Or he could just do this and get rid of the light. Turn your key to the Run position without the engine running. Then depress the gas pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. You will then hear 5 beeps. Turn the car off then start it up. As long as you did it right, the light will be gone.
