The majority of any score written for Bass Guitar will use a bass clef. Very rarely will it be anything else.

To play a high C on the bass clef, you can use the following fingering: Press down the first, second, and third fingers of your left hand on the A string of the bass guitar.
They are different forms of wriring music. The treble clef is used for higher instruments such as flutes, violins and guitar wheras the bass clef is used for the left hand piano part, bass guitars and cellos.

the guitar plays on the G, or treble, clef. It plays transposed down an octave, though, so it could technically play untransposed on a bass clef. All guitar music is written in the treble clef, though.
