Yes, the Alto Saxophone in particular can come in several different colors including: black, blue, purple, pink, red, and there is still the common silver, gold, and bronze. I couldn't find an article listing all the colors, but here are a few of the links to images of colorful saxophones. If you look up a certain color Saxophone on Google, it brings up a lot of images usually.

Plastic student model clarinets come in a wide variety of colors, subject to constant change. A quick look found red, yellow, blue, green, purple, white and of course, black. There's no reason a colored Clarinet couldn't be well made, and decent colored instruments do exist. Unfortunately, the colors are often a marketing gimmick, and may come at the expense of quality.

Professional clarinets are a different story. As Henry Ford supposedly said of his company's Model T, "You can have any color as long as it's black."

usually, a Trumpet is silver, brass, or copper. dont buy the "red" or "black" or any trumpet like that, it messes up the laquer
