What could be the problem when small truck turns off then quickly comes back on after several tries when parked while driving it turned off twice and after several tries turn on but radio lights stay?

There was an ignition switch recall on some CR-V's. That is the first places I'd start investigating.

Sounds like your dimmer switch isn't working or it is turned all the way down for night driving.. It has a setting that allows you to turn off the lights on your dash and radio for driving at night. Locate your dimmer switch and see if it is turned down all the way. If not it may have gone bad and needs to be replaced.

Well you mean tail lights i think and it has to either they are burnt out or a brake edal sensor is the problem and is stuck
