The acronym CDN can stand for many different things. It could refer to content deliver network, county district number, cable data network, compressed dial number, Chinese domain name, or many others.

CD as a postnomial (after a name) could mean Commander of the Order Of Distinction in Jamaica. Not sure whether other countries use the acronym, but my source was Wikipedia's list of postnomials and that was the only exact entry.

There is a chance that someone could be using postnomials incorrectly - they are intended to signify an honour or qualification - to indicate a mere position within an organisation, such as "Creative Director", but this is not really something that can be pinned down without context. If you can say where you saw the initials used, this might help.
