Sadly, he's lost the looks he had up until the late 1990s- nowadays is face has become somewhat compressed, he's put on weight, his nose has become rather bulbous and his eyes have narrowed, with folds of skin underneath them. But his smile remains the same, and he tends to wear his hear as a ginger 'mop-top' which conceals his receding hairline better than his earlier styles. You have to remember that the guy is 65 years old as of 2012, and has never had cosmetic surgery- also, his aged appearance may have been a physical reaction to the stress he suffered both from the loss of his friend Princess Diana in 1997, and also the appalling libellous abuse at the hands of the British tabloid press soon afterwards which made scurrilous claims about his sex life.
