"Cash for keys" is a program that's sometimes used when a house is repossessed.
The new owner has a legal right to have the former owners forcibly evicted if they don't leave within a certain time frame (usually three days). However, some banks will, upon taking ownership of a house in default, offer the former tenants money to hand over the house in good condition and vacate it voluntarily instead of being evicted.
This is usually a good deal for both sides: the former owners don't get an eviction (which looks bad if you're trying to rent a new place) on their record, they get some cash (which is often somewhere in the vicinity of a typical security deposit), and they may be able to negotiate an short extension of their occupancy (allowing them to, for example, move over a weekend instead of having to take time off in the middle of the week to do so). The new owner doesn't have to shoulder the expense of having the former owners evicted and, because the former owners are being given a financial incentive to turn over the house in good condition, they're less likely to intentionally damage the property out of spite.Does the floclosee have to pay back a fee?
Under your cash register their will be a little hole and a button. Hint- You might have to turn the register over and you cant miss it. I own a Sharp Cash Register XE-A102 and that's where mine is. It is towards tje back of the register. Hope i helped!
Yes! But the tone of each keys are different. Actually, it depends on what you mean. If you mean the number of black and what keys on the keyboard, no, they do not all have the same number. A "standard" piano has 88 keys, and that is the most common, but not all pianos have that number.
I have no idea what you mean by "identify", but the black keys are sharp and flat notes...
it means cash!
I think you mean, "petty cash,' a term for a small amount of actual cash money, as opposed to checks, credit cards, etc., retained usually in an office environment.
Yes they do give cash for keys. They are giving me $2000 and 30 days. I am hoping to negotiate for slightly more. UPDATE: As of Dec 13, 2010, Bank of America reports they no longer offer the Cash for Keys program. They do a variety of other programs, including HAFA and regular short sales, but no Cash for Keys. I verified this with four representatives of BoA. They confirmed that they had offered it in the past, but no longer do so.

Foreclosures are costly and time consuming for banks. A cash for keys deal occurs when a bank allows someone to sell their home for less than its value (short sale) and gives them a predetermined amount of cash to help them move.
i think you mean alicia keys.....
