You can either transpose the music down a few semitones or play the whole piece an octave lower. I don't know the notes so I can't tell you which, but transposing the music will put it at a different pitch and be easier to play.
The melody for "Go Tell Aunt Rhodie" on trumpet typically starts with the notes C, D, E, and G. The song follows a simple pattern, often repeating phrases. You can find specific sheet music or transcriptions for exact notes based on the key you prefer to play in. Remember to pay attention to the rhythm and phrasing for an authentic sound!
Each hand does not have assigned notes. If you are reading a piece of sheet music, the notation will tell you which hand plays which notes. If you are playing by ear, as long as it works it is fine. Generally speaking, the right hand will play higher pitches because they are on the right side of the piano. The left hand will play lower pitches. However, both hands can play very low, or very high, or the hands can even switch completely by playing with one hand crossed over the other.

Notes in music are the little "signs" on a bar graph. They tell you which notes to play, how fast to play them, and in which order to play them. I am sure you could find lessons on how to read them on YouTube.
