I think you are referring to UKF Dubstep? If so then it stands for The United Kingdom Federation of Dubstep, because, believe it or not, that is where it was invented. Ukf also stands for United Kingdom Forever, well thats what they meant it to mean in the beginning. And dubstep wasnt invented in the Uk, it was first produced by jamaican artist and they called it dub, then they added synths and bass under the dubs and called it dubdance, It eventually made its self into dubstep when it hit the uk and other artist improved the sound
