The heavier you are the more points you can have.So that's great for a little while like 3-4 months-6 months to loose weight healthlier.But once you loose the weight your points range goes down like 26 points a day before like for me my points range was like 35 and I weigh like 24o pounds.So if you are a heck of a lot skinnier than me like say your point range will be 20.I honestly believe that weight watchers is the best diet around because you have a point chart to go by and it makes loosing weight easier and more organized.
