Most piercings can be done with any size needle, but most common for a lip is anywhere between 18g and 10g. Most common is 16g or 14g, depending on the piercers preference.
he has a lip; brat :/
Most lip rings are 14 or 16 gauges. I'd say 16. My friend has one that looks to be the same size, and it's a 16.
his lip piercing is on his right side
He had a smiley piercing. That's the flap of skin that holds your upper lip and your gums together.
Tom Kaulitz got his lip piercing at age 13. As you might have heard, he is quite the womanizer and he got the lip piercing to "attract women". But punk is also the band Tokio Hotel's image and it fits. yea i know all about tom kaulitz haha but i just didn't know why he got his lip pierced. see i want to get my lip pierced but my mom won't me get it unless i give her a valid reason to.
14g is normal for a male lip piercing, 16g is normal for a female lip piercing.
Whenever you go in for a Monroe piercing, the piercer will take a needle, usually either a 18-16 gauge, and pierce your lip with that. It doesn't leave a big hole at all. But, if you want to gauge your Monroe, then you could have the piercer pierce with a bigger gauged needle, or just gauge it out yourself.
14g to 16g is normal for a male lip piercing, 16g to 18g is normal for a female lip piercing.
I'd say so :) #SelfPiercer
Needle. Guns aren't suitable for any piercing
Were you playing with it? You might have irritated it and opened the wound pretty badly, causing it to bleed heavily, either that, or they used a piercing needle gauge fairly too large for your lip piercing. I've experience piercing people with a piercing needle that's 2 gauges bigger, (For example, a lip piercing is 16g, I've pierce it with a 12gauge once) and it didn't bleed too bad, it bled for about 5-10 minutes. It shouldnt be bleeding heavily at all. Especially not for hours after getting it pierced. Go see a doctor as soon as possible before you lose too much blood
Yes if you still need the needle to pierce yourself it is cool but not someone else because it is you needle now that it went through your lip.
1.2mm / 16g to 1.6mm/ 14g
you will lose alot of blood.and lip will become swollen and infected.
It really depends on the person some people get it piereced by larger needled and some by smaller you should of asked yor piercer the size of needle he used most commonly 18G~16G for a regullar piercing.
Labret can be used to describe any lip piercing but it's most commonly used to reer to center lower lip piercings. Labret post jewelry can be worn in any lip piercing and even ear piercings.
Once any piercing is *seasoned (*over a year old ), so long as the jewellery is appropriate for the piercing in gauge and length or diameter the piercing will not stretch unless you change it to a larger gauge. So will you have this big gaping hole in your lip? Well no, if you stay with the jewellery you are sized to it should stay the same size during the *life of the piercing (* this is for however long you choose to keep the piercing ).
