gipson les paul repleca ========== Not even close. His current main guitar is a Gibson Les Paul copy which, according to a 2007 issue of Guitar & Bass Magazine, was made by "Max Guitars" in Los Angeles. But Slash didn't acquire that guitar until he started recording Appetite for Destruction. He wasn't even a Les Paul player before the album -- his first Les Paul was given to him because Slash had said that his older guitars had sounded horrible when he tried to record with them. Slash had played a Jackson before that, as well as a B.C. Rich Mockingbird. He's been quoted as saying that his current B.C. Rich Mockingbird was B.C. Rich's attempt at giving him a guitar like the one he had played early in his career.

Probably not. It's possible, but I know that Slash has stated, "If Axl remakes Appetite, my lawyers will remake his balls." But that may have just meant if he tried to re-record it.
The group was formed in early 1985 by Axl Rose on vocals, Izzy Stradlin on rhythm guitar, Tracii Guns on lead guitar, Ole Beich on bass, and Rob Gardner on drums. Guns was soon replaced by Slash, Beich by Duff McKagan, and Gardner by Steven Adler.
Nope. He plays the proper Gibsons. But he does have an Epiphone signature guitar, a couple in fact.

Slash has a signature guitar from both Gibson and Epiphone. It is called the Slash Signature model.

To get another song on Appetite for Destruction. It was originally regarded as filler, a track pulled from a warm-up doodle of Slash's and a love poem of Axl's.
