a synthesizer pedal
my favorite if the electro-harmonix H.O.G
P.S- the unit costs around $450, but if i were you i would spend an extra $105 to buy the 6 channel footswitch that lets you save in 6 different settings that you like, cause it is nearly impossible to find that exact setting again

On a modern electronic keyboard (Piano Keyboard), there most likely will be plethora of voices to chose from, Guitar to Oboe. But YES, you can use guitar effects with a keyboard. They should be between keyboard and amplifier.
A loop pedal is an effects pedal, usually for guitar, that can record a section of sound played on the instrument. It then plays back that section over and over, or for a set amount of repetitions. These can be useful when there is only one guitar player in a band that wants to play rhythym and lead guitar.
skip pitts on wa-wa pedal
I think you mean "what is a wah wah pedal?". There is an accessory which is a pedal for guitar. You rock it back and forth and what results resembles the sound of exactly that, wah wah. It is made by changing the tone of the guitar back and forth from treble, or a high sound, to bass, or a low sound. Listen to a song by Cream called "White Room" for a great example.
A guitar synthesizer is a system that connects to your guitar allowing it to play a synthesizer sound. Multi-effects can be created from these systems allowing for a wider range of sounds to be played on the guitar.
A wah-wah pedal is a pedal used for an Electric Guitar which imitates the sound of the human voice.
To make an electric guitar sound acoustic, you can use an acoustic simulator pedal or plug-in that mimics the sound of an acoustic guitar. This pedal or plug-in alters the tone of the electric guitar to replicate the warm and natural sound of an acoustic guitar.

A booster pedal increases the volume and clarity of the guitar signal, making the sound louder and more defined without changing the tone.
A delay pedal repeats the sound of the guitar after a short period of time, creating an echo effect. A reverb pedal adds a sense of space and depth to the sound by simulating the natural reverberation of a room. The delay pedal adds rhythmic patterns and depth to the sound, while the reverb pedal creates a sense of space and ambiance. Together, they can enhance the overall sound of a guitar by adding texture, depth, and atmosphere.
A DS1 pedal is a device that guitar players press down on with their foot. When they do this their guitar makes distorted noises and other sound effects.
To change the sound, For instance an overdrive pedal boosts the sound making it louder and clearer, where as a distortion pedal makes it louder but less clear.
To achieve a unique wah pedal sound in guitar playing, techniques such as adjusting the pedal's sweep range, experimenting with different pedal positions, and combining the wah pedal with other effects like distortion or delay can be used.
