I live on Vancouver Island British Columbia Canada. While canoeing on a local lake yesterday about 100 feet from shore I heard this meow, meow ,like a cat or kitten, I get closer to shore and hear it again meow meow, and I realize a crow sitting about 10 feet up a tree is making the cat calls. Hence my interest in talking crows and this site My grandfather a Prairie pioneer in the early 1900's recounted stories where crows flying by would say "gee" and "haw" commands that farmers give to horses pulling plows etc.
I cannot recall any with Elizabeth, but I can think of two with nicknames for Elizabeth, both from the 1970's.
