Factory made- none of them (to my knowledge). Daron Malakian of System of a Down had a custom Ibanez Iceman IC300; perhaps you can find that signature model somewhere. But it'll cost you a pretty penny.
You can customize any Iceman for cheap, however. If you're wanting one real bad you can search for an Ibanez Baritone neck and Iceman body and just hook them up when you get them. Or build one from scratch, if you're up for it!
