If you are looking for a second instrument to learnt to play and you started on Flute, it really depends on what you want. If you feel like confusing yourself, try an instrument in bass clef. If you are looking for something relatively easy to learn, try and instrument on treble clef, like Clarinet or saxaphone.
As far as I know, if you are good enough at flute, and obviously have grade 8 flute, and perhaps diploma, it doesn't matter what other qualifications you have, to get into the royal northern college of music, you only need about 2 E's at A level, as long as you are amazing at your instrument. To become good at flute, you'll need a very good teacher, a lot of time to practice, and determination!
I have an Anaxa flute, it has worked very well for me as a beginner. Even though it isn't a well known brand, it is a beautiful instrument!
the piccolo has a higher pitch than a flute but a piccolo can get as silent as a flute it just depends on how good of a player you are . Any instrument can go from playing very soft to playing very loud music. Piccolos are the highest pitched instrument in a band and even if your not playing loud you can be heard over the rest of the band trust me i play the piccolo and i play very loud caz i like people to know i am playing.
NO! Im a band teacher and have been in contact with all of the great, good, and okay brands you can name. But STENBERG is not a good brand. Especially for flute! I highly recommend you look for a better brand! Good luck and have fun! c:
Any instrument you lear to play is great, the flute is a bit tough, but it's a wonderful instrument once you get the hang of it...
The flute is a beautiful instrument when played well. It's not for everybody, though.
NO
The violin is a harder instrument to master than the flute. Both can be beautiful. It is also good to learn a lesser used instrument such as a bassoon or viola.

I have played flute for 6 years and it is easy with a lot of practice, I practiced every day and now im pretty good, but it depends on how much you practice, I know a girl who never practices, and shes not all that good so.........
A flute has a high pich and a sorta low pitch. Low C or B on flute and pro flute are pretty low but high C on flute is REALLY high, but mostly it is high. If you want a really high instrument try the piccolo. If you are really good at flute go on the piccolo. Ihope I answered your question.
