I guess you're talking about where in 2 Chronicles 29:27 it says, "And Hezekiah commanded to offer the burnt offering upon the altar. And when the burnt offering began, the song of the LORD began also with the trumpets, and with the instruments ordained by David king of Israel." It's talking about that, at the time, when they offered sacrifices to God for their sins, they (or someone) sang a song of praise to the Lord -- probably a psalm composed by King David (or Asaph).
