It depends on the venue (place/location). If it's a bar of night club, you'd have to be over the drinking age (18 or 21 depending on your local laws), other than that there are none, within reason.

If there could be certain content (lyrics/acts/moves) that have adult themes, nudity, graphic language, etc. may require people under a certain age to be accompanied by an adult or parent. Just like ratings for certain TV, Video Games, movies, and/or record labels that have age ratings for language, violence and sexual content. Examples "G" (general audience) "PG" (parental guidance), "PG-13"(not suitable for those under 13) "M" (mature ), "R" (restricted), "AO" (adults only), "E" (everyone), "T" (teen - 13 and up), etc.

I doubt there are restrictions for a Lil Wayne concert at a stadium or theater hall, for example. Though certain countries have their rules too, such as curfews or cultural regulations. You can ask the ticket agency about a particular tour requirements, either in person, by phone or email.
