There isn't really a good way to break up with someone. Its pretty much going to suck but there are better ways to break up with someone. If you aren't that involved with them, end it early and just tell them you want to be friends. If you are involved with them, do it like a band-aid. Quickly. Don't lead them on. But don't be mean..there's a difference.

∙ 16y agoYou can't really be too nice, you are breaking up with them, so it's going to suck either way. Just be courteous and civilized about it, be very mature, and make sure to explain your reasoning so they won't be constantly wondering about it later. By being honest and not playing games.
