I'm not sure I completely understand the question, but if by wireless voice message, you are speaking of the way that certain cell phone providers offer a way of using your phone as a walkie-talkie of sorts, then here's my answer: The way that I think of a wireless voice message is as if it were an email that you speak. Basically, you are recording a message into your phone and sending it to someone else's phone. A phone call actually opens up a live line where noises on either end can be transmitted in real time simultaneously.

Assurance Wireless does not support collect calls. Collect calls are typically made through traditional landline services, and mobile carriers like Assurance Wireless usually require that calls be paid for upfront or billed to the user's account. If you need to communicate with someone who does not have funds, consider using alternative communication methods such as text messaging or free calling apps.
