Loud Rocks is pretty cool. However, it features mostly rap with nu metal bands (AKA Jock Metal/Rock) essentially making it a rapcore cd. The other difference is that the nu metal bands perform with the actual artists who initially performed the song. It is a pretty awesome deal if you are into it. Eg. as follows SOAD w Wu Tang , Sevendust w Exibit, and Static X w Ded Prez and many others...

There is no difference really, between a punk rock picnic and a punk rock gig. Both of them are punk rock festivals, which means that there is lots of people coming to see it, bands performing live, people having fun, etc. The only difference might be that, at a punk rock picnic, there are some areas where people can sit and eat, whereas at a punk rock gig you can still eat, but you mostly stand up and do the pogo/moshing dance with the crowd, so that can be the only difference.

They do have Alternative Hip-Hop/Punk rhythm sections in there songs, but they are more Rap Rock or Rap Metal.

The Asian Dub Foundation is a British electronica band, which makes music of the genres of rapcore, dub, dancehall, and ragga. They are also known for showing a punk influence.
