A theremin is a synthesizer instrument used to create very pitchy notes. There is two antennae on the sides of the instrument, one is used to control the volume, the other is used to control the pitch. Depending on how far away your hand or object is away from the antennae, the louder/softer or higher/softer the sound is. The antennae emit radio signals to form a weak form of radar. All I can say for sure that it sounds really cool.

Its not the instrument, but the person that is in control.
The theremin or aetherphone. The theremin is unique among musical instruments in that it is usually played without physical contact. The musician (occasionally referred to as a thereminist) stands in front of the instrument and moves his or her hands in the proximity of two metal antennas. The distance from one antenna determines frequency (pitch), and the distance from the other controls amplitude (volume). Most frequently, the right hand controls the pitch and the left controls the volume, although some performers reverse this arrangement. Some low cost theremins use a conventional, knob operated volume control and have only the pitch antenna. The theremin uses the heterodyne principle to generate an audio signal. The instrument's circuitry includes two radio frequency oscillators. One oscillator operates at a fixed frequency. The frequency of the other oscillator is controlled by the performer's distance from the pitch control antenna. The performer's hand acts as the grounded plate (the performer's body being the connection to ground) of a variable capacitor in an L-C (inductance-capacitance) circuit. The difference between the frequencies of the two oscillators at each moment allows the creation of a difference tone in the audio frequency range, resulting in audio signals that are amplified and sent to a loudspeaker. To control volume, the performer's other hand acts as the grounded plate of another variable capacitor. In this case, the capacitor detunes another oscillator, which affects the amplifier circuit. The distance between the performer's hand and the volume control antenna determines the capacitor's value, which regulates the theremin's volume.
there is only one possible answer to this. Mankinds ability to generate a audible acoustical vibration and control its pitch and tone there by causing a measurable stable sound or note. Our voices are the first musical instrument
In electrical circuitry, a 12az7 tube does what other tubes do; that is, control electrical current so as to produce desired results in electrical appliances such as radios and musical instrument amplifiers.
Interposing relay panel is an Instrument / Electrical cabinet used for hardwired signal (digital inputs and outputs) interfaces between Instrumentation and Control Equipments system and associated circuit breakers,or other electrical devices for monitoring, controlling
Depends on how close you get. You control the distance.

Scada control is a type of instrument that used in industrial. This type of instrument is based on computer system that control data acquisition for the industrial.
That depends on waht the instrument is and is being used for and what is being carried in the electrical cable. If the electrical cable is carrying DC, there is not much to worry about unless the current is very high. AC/modulated current in the electrical current will induce currents in the instrument cable but how great the problem will be depends on current and frequency. Normally, a few inches separation would be enough. If there is likely to be a significant probelm it would be normal to used screened cable for one or both.
We know there is a link between mind and electrical signals in our nervous system, and that the electrical signals control muscle groups. The nature of the link between intent and electricity is pretty unexplored, but there must be an interaction.
The difference between a body control module and a instrument panel cluster is that the instrument panel cluster is used for driver information through the means of gauge's, indicator lamps, and is generally an output. A body control module has inputs and outputs and has control features that allow it to switch and operate other vehicle options as lighting, retained power, horns, security options, etc.. The body control module can also operate relays and switches to have necessary components operate for other module systems as anti lock brakes and power train control modules.
Laws and legal systems serve as society's primary instrument of social control. These regulations define acceptable behavior, deter individuals from engaging in harmful activities, and provide consequences for those who violate societal norms. Additionally, social norms, values, and customs also play a role in shaping and enforcing acceptable behavior within a community.
