The song might be The Beatles "Two Of Us", from the Let It Be album.
The song tails off raggedly with the whistling and a few comments (from Paul?).
Right before the start, you can hear John Lennon shouting "I dig a pygmy, by Charles Hawtrey and the Deaf Aids. Phase One, in which Doris gets her oats"
