No such thing as a 1964 Les Paul. They stopped making them from early 1961 until 1968. So, since the guitar in question is imaginary, I would say the value would be zero.

This guy has no idea what he's talking about, from '61 to '68 they were making les paul's but they are now known as "Gibson SG" and SG stands for "solid guitar" they made this at the time when business was getting bad for Les Paul Guitars and Gibson needed something to cost low to make and would appeal more to the eye so people would buy them and also to have competition against the really popular fender stratocaster.
I have no clue what the value of the guitar is but its all based on "condition" and "rarety" these are very rare as is and depending on your condition it could be from 4,000 to 14,000and also if its all original parts.
Actually DvdPz isn't entirely correct either - to an extent - The 1961-1963 SG's were indeed technically Les Paul's. However Les Paul didn't like the guitar and asked that his name be removed - which it was in 1963 - it was then known solely as the SG. It had several model variants - the Custom, Standard, Special and Junior.
